What you'll do

• Lead development and formulation of pet food and treats
• provide technical expertise in ingredients, processing, nutrition delivery, and formulation
• evaluate ingredients and technologies
• own technical project delivery
• develop and approve formulations and product specifications
• oversee sensory, palatability, shelf-life, and stability testing
• prepare technical reports and maintain laboratory records
• lead cross-functional projects
• ensure compliance with GMPs, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• supervise and develop R&D team members.
