What you'll do

• Oversee the cafeteria during assigned shifts and prepare or supervise meal preparation.
• Prepare food quantities according to menus and the number of students and employees.
• Set up serving lines and ensure food service staff are ready for meal periods.
• Monitor food service lines and check food temperatures.
• Maintain food inventory, food temperature and HACCP records, and assist with food service reports.
• Follow food safety and handling requirements, clean assigned areas, store leftovers properly, report unsafe or unsanitary conditions, and direct students assigned to serving lines.

Why this role

Serve-safe certification required or must be attainable; valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required. Schedule includes Tuesday 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, Wednesday–Friday 11:00 AM–8:00 PM, and Saturday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sunday and Monday off.
