• Service customers and develop sales in a designated territory

• recommend coatings and provide application instructions and pricing
• place and follow up on customer orders
• maintain customer contact and identify opportunities
• investigate and resolve complaints
• complete internal reporting
• communicate account progress to regional sales management
• build relationships with internal and external partners.
