Folding Carton Die-Cutting Press Operator — Second or Third Shift

The Folding Carton Die-Cutting Press Operator role is onsite in Belmont, MI, with pay of $20–$22 per hour. Wynalda Packaging is a family-owned folding carton manufacturer serving global brands. The operator sets up and runs die-cutting jobs to meet cut-to-print accuracy, scoring, production-rate, and quality requirements, then removes materials and dies and performs routine machine care to support department goals.

What you'll do

• Pull die carts and load dies, counters, and stock
• perform make-ready procedures for cut-to-print accuracy and proper scoring
• run jobs at expected rates while maintaining quality
• pull retains to check production quality
• remove materials and dies after each job
• clean and adjust mechanical components
• collaborate with line teammates
• train on first shift for 60–90 days before moving to the regular shift.

Why this role
