The Construction Project Manager — Pavement Marking role is full-time and onsite in Troy, MI. The stated salary range is $75,000–$90,000 per year. The role manages roadway construction, pavement marking, traffic control, and related infrastructure projects for PK Contracting. The position coordinates schedules, staffing, materials, budgets, field operations, and communications to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. It works with estimators, superintendents, foremen, contractors, customers, and internal departments throughout project execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate crews and provide required paperwork and maps
• field calls from road crews and contractors
• manage roadway, pavement marking, traffic control, and infrastructure projects
• oversee scheduling, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation
• review plans, specifications, contracts, and bid documents
• monitor progress, costs, productivity, and performance
• maintain project documentation
• identify risks and solutions
• attend project meetings
• assist with forecasting, manpower planning, equipment utilization, and procurement
• ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• mentor field personnel and project support staff.
