Construction Laborer

The Construction Laborer role is onsite in Brainerd, MN. Pay is $18–$30 per hour. W. The laborer assists construction technicians and master construction technicians across varied construction functions, while also completing assigned work independently. The role contributes to project work through carpentry, equipment operation, concrete assistance, and safe, efficient job-site practices.

What you'll do

• Perform assigned carpentry functions independently
• operate equipment such as a bobcat or scissor jack as directed
• assist with concrete work as needed
• perform duties safely and efficiently
• maintain necessary hand tools
• take direction and work as part of a team
• perform other related work as needed.
