Vice President of Finance

What you'll do

• Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across operating companies
• own monthly close and GAAP reporting to TransDigm
• review results and metrics with senior management
• lead annual business planning and monthly P&L forecasts
• support acquisition diligence, modeling, valuation, and post-close integration
• oversee HR, recruiting, compensation, workforce planning, internal controls, SOX compliance, audits, risk management, payroll, benefits, and ERP/HRIS initiatives
• lead Accounting, Finance, HR, and Business Intelligence teams.
