What you'll do

• Serve residents, prospective residents, and visitors
• lease apartments toward occupancy goals
• follow Fair Housing standards
• conduct outside marketing
• review applications and coordinate verification
• prepare lease files and renewals
• inspect apartments before move-in
• respond to calls and messages
• maintain lead records and follow up
• support move-ins and roommate matching
• enter work orders
• monitor market information and complete assigned audits.
