Program Director — Children’s Gymnastics and Enrichment

The Program Director role is onsite in San Jose, CA. Pay is $24–$30 per hour. The Little Gym of North San Jose provides gymnastics-based enrichment and physical development programs for children from four months through 12 years. The director leads program delivery and develops the team, bringing the curriculum to life through classes, camps, parties, and events. The role supports safe, high-quality experiences for children and families while managing schedules, staff development, and daily gym operations.

What you'll do

• Lead delivery of classes, camps, birthday parties, marketing initiatives, and events
• develop lesson plans, weekly themes, and program materials
• monitor class quality and student progress
• coach, train, hire, onboard, and schedule instructors
• build relationships with children and families
• communicate with parents about children’s progress
• manage class schedules, waitlists, and front desk responsibilities
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility.
