• Create schedules, recruit and train team members, manage sales and cash-handling compliance, verify deposits, coach staff, coordinate with venue partners and vendors, resolve guest concerns, and manage seasonal setup, breakdown, and equipment security.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
