What you'll do

• Perform technical service, color matching, ink production, and dispensing
• manufacture ink batches up to 150 pounds
• conduct quality-control tests
• manage inventory and monthly consignment counts
• address and document customer technical problems
• coordinate and plan inplant technicians’ activities
• communicate and train technicians on operational procedures
• provide operational support and conduct inplant quality audits.
