What you'll do

• Manage commercial real estate projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
• coordinate scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control, and risk
• conduct site visits
• review contractor payment requests, budgets, change orders, schedules, and project documentation
• review blueprints, specifications, contracts, permits, and related submissions
• coordinate with the Cost Advisory group.
