Automotive Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Greet customers and assist with service needs

• recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs and technician recommendations
• explain estimates and timelines
• update customers on repair progress
• coordinate with technicians and service management
• review completed repair orders and explain services and charges
• maintain customer records and documentation
• follow dealership policies and safety procedures.
