What you'll do

• Engage clients during service visits
• identify opportunities to upgrade, trade, or explore vehicle options
• guide clients based on vehicle needs, equity position, and lifestyle changes
• introduce clients to the Sales Team when appropriate
• coordinate with Service Advisors and Client Advisors
• maintain organized follow-up and CRM notes.
