What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• perform scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs
• troubleshoot equipment issues
• conduct safety inspections
• maintain maintenance records in a CMMS or logs
• track supplies and tools
• assist with machinery installation and testing
• collaborate on equipment layout and efficiency
• perform general facility repairs and cleanliness tasks.
