What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive maintenance, daily work orders, and small projects
• scope work and estimate time and labor
• coordinate materials
• monitor progress and report issues
• supervise up to 15 mechanics
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems as needed
• maintain equipment histories
• participate in continuous improvement and Total Preventative Maintenance activities
• support maintenance program development and continuation.
