The CDL-A Delivery Driver is an onsite position based in Budd Lake, NJ, with a pay rate of $30/hr. This role supports Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, by ensuring the timely and safe delivery of products to customers. This role exists to fulfill a critical function in the food supply chain by transporting goods via tractor-trailer or straight truck. The driver acts as the face of the company, building lasting relationships with our customers while adhering to all Department of Transportation regulations and safety standards.
What you'll do
- Perform pre/post-trip safety inspections, follow DOT regulations, inspect freight for proper loading, complete required paperwork, and unload products at customer sites.
