Behavioral Technician (Evenings/Weekends)

Job overview

The Behavioral Technician role is onsite in Rolla, MO, with pay of $19 per hour. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., for 16 hours weekly. The role supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings at Compass Health Network. The role exists to help residents build daily living skills and social engagement while supporting safety, well-being, and independence. It contributes through hands-on assistance, behavior support, documentation, and participation in community activities.

What you'll do

• Support residents in building life skills, routines, and social behaviors
• assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs
• document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition
• provide basic care and assist with personal needs
• administer medication after Level 1 Medication Aide certification
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• maintain a safe living environment
• participate in emergency response procedures
• complete documentation.

Why this role
