What you'll do

• Advise customers on vehicle care and manufacturer-recommended maintenance
• greet customers and schedule appointments
• determine the nature of mechanical concerns and collect customer and vehicle information
• explain additional work, costs, and timing
• respond to phone inquiries
• track repair orders
• support quality control
• explain warranty information
• identify orders needing special handling
• keep the Service & Parts Director informed
• refer vehicle-sales leads to the Sales Department.
