• lead, train and develop associates

• partner with the Doctor on patient care
• conduct audits
• uphold quality, merchandising, service, corporate and safety standards
• communicate with the District Manager
• manage budgets, supplies and inventory
• recruit, hire and retain staff
• schedule based on business needs
• provide feedback and performance evaluations
• maintain associate records and policy compliance.
