Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service. This is a hybrid position with a work arrangement of hybrid. Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodbridge, Virginia. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Compensation is up to $103,600 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

What you'll do

• Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly.
• Treat a variety of clients, including couples and children.
• Invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress.
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
• Be a good teammate.
