What you'll do

• Research insurance issues and support best practices.
• Post insurance and other payments, process accounts receivable, reconcile payments and deposits, and process billing and patient statements.
• Take patient payments by phone, process credit and virtual card payments, provide backup for phones and mail, support year-end processing, and communicate with internal and external customers.
