What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• help with meal planning and preparation while observing dietary restrictions
• provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans
• perform light housekeeping
• assist with mobility and transfers
• provide companionship
• document and report changes in clients’ physical condition, behavior, or living conditions
• follow HIPAA guidelines and protect client information
• participate in ongoing training and professional development.
