It also supports recruiting, partner engagement, funding opportunities, reporting, and repeatable program practices to help convert training and policy efforts into deployable, retained headcount.

What you'll do

• Develop program frameworks connecting ATDM and other training pipelines to Marine Division demand
• document candidate workflows from graduation through retention
• plan and help execute pilots and cohorts
• support recruiting priorities and candidate pipelines
• track recruiting activity and report status
• coordinate with sales, recruitment, and program management
• support funding materials and external partner engagement
• maintain program records and metrics
• identify risks and improvement opportunities
• travel as needed to ATDM in Danville, Virginia, other Marine locations, and selected industry events.
