What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners
• oversee and delegate showings, leasing, renewals, and move-outs
• maintain a 95% occupancy and collections rate
• delegate tasks to the Assistant Portfolio Manager
• uphold applicable laws, company policies, and Atlas practices.
