The Medical Assistant / Lab Technologist — Full-Time role is onsite at the Rogers Family Practice clinic in Rogers, AR, full-time at 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is not specified. Conservative Care Occupational Health provides occupational medicine and urgent-care services to help keep employees safe, healthy, and work-ready. The role supports clinic operations and patient care by performing digital X-rays and routine laboratory testing, maintaining accurate records, and assisting medical staff with procedures. It contributes to efficient, safe clinical service through infection-control practices, equipment and supply upkeep, and collaboration with providers, nurses, and medical assistants.
What you'll do
- Perform digital X-rays and ensure image quality
- collect, process, and document specimens and routine lab tests
- follow infection-control, safety, equipment-maintenance, OSHA, CLIA, and radiation-safety protocols
- record results in the EHR
- prepare exam rooms and assist with procedures
- maintain lab and imaging supplies
- provide professional, compassionate patient service
- collaborate with clinic staff.

Why this role
At least one year of clinical lab technician experience required; limited-scope X-ray license or ARRT certification, phlebotomy experience, and Spanish/English bilingual ability are preferred.
