Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager role is onsite in Andrews, MD. Compensation is not specified. The manager coordinates project execution with the contract Program Manager, stakeholders, senior management, and subcontractor teams. The role helps keep deliverables, cost, and performance aligned with client needs and contract objectives while supporting technical planning, quality assurance, and project financial goals.

What you'll do

• Serve as the contract Program Manager’s point of contact for approved project execution
• coordinate with the Program Manager, stakeholders, and senior management
• assign daily team tasks
• take on a technical lead role as needed
• communicate direction and priorities to subcontractors
• ensure deliverables, cost, and performance meet client expectations
• support financial analysis, budgets, and quality assurance
• address personnel and subcontractor issues
• research and evaluate technical, staffing, and schedule options.
