Commercial HVAC Account Executive / Outside Sales

The Commercial HVAC Account Executive / Outside Sales role is onsite in Golden, CO, with a stated salary range of $70,000–$85,000 per year plus commission. The role supports Engineered Products’ commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and system solutions team. The position develops customer accounts and sales opportunities while applying commercial HVAC knowledge to project requirements. It advances opportunities from needs assessment and solution recommendations through proposals, coordination, and close, working with customers, engineering partners, manufacturers, and internal sales and project teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, owners, and manufacturers
• sell commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, systems, and services
• identify account growth and new business opportunities
• recommend solutions
• prepare estimates, bids, proposals, and cost-benefit analyses
• review specifications and drawings
• support product selection and engineering submittals
• manage multiple opportunities and projects
• and maintain sales and project information.
