What you'll do

• Consult with guests about individual preferences and tolerance before treatments
• be familiar with and able to recommend spa services
• escort guests to treatment rooms and waiting areas as needed
• perform massage services according to Spa Toscana procedures and standards
• learn technical procedures in spa manuals
• comply with state and local sanitation and safety regulations
• assist with upkeep of spa rooms
• and follow departmental and company policies.
