Dietary Aide

What you'll do

• Prepare or portion food and beverages for regular and therapeutic diets
• use standardized recipes and present food attractively
• deliver meals and snacks on schedule
• maintain and record food and refrigerator/freezer temperatures
• serve meals according to menus, diet orders, and resident preferences
• label, date, and store food
• wash and store dishes
• clean work areas
• assist with receiving and storing supplies
• monitor stock and equipment
• communicate with residents, families, and visitors.
