  • assess and implement technologies for stable transfection and cell line generation
  • set the scientific roadmap
  • represent capabilities with clients, partners, and at conferences
  • oversee related intellectual property strategy
  • support regulatory expectations and filings
  • manage program budgets, timelines, and resources
  • lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
