What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and personal hygiene
• provide baths, shampoos, showers, and adjunct care such as ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths
• observe patient condition and measure and record vital signs and intake/output
• report changes to the charge or staff nurse
• record daily information in patient charts
• assist nurses and other staff as needed
• follow policies and applicable requirements.
