The supervisor works directly with frontline teams to monitor performance, conduct audits, and implement immediate corrective actions to prevent workplace incidents.

What you'll do

• Lead and promote a positive safety culture across ramp and operational teams.
• Spend time in the operation coaching employees on safe work practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct safety observations, inspections, and audits to help prevent injuries and equipment damage.
• Facilitate engaging safety meetings and training sessions that keep safety top of mind.
• Investigate workplace incidents, near misses, and operational events to identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Partner with local leaders to implement action plans that improve safety performance.
• Monitor safety trends and use data to recommend improvements.
• Help prepare teams for airline, OSHA, FAA, DOT, and internal audits.
• Build strong relationships with airline partners and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit readiness.
