The role also assumes store operations in the Store Manager’s absence and supports safe, organized store and donation-center operations.

What you'll do

• Support opening and closing, point-of-sale operations, inventory, merchandising, and donations
• assume day-to-day operations in the Store Manager’s absence
• monitor sales and profitability indicators
• schedule employees and coordinate shift meetings
• assist with hiring, training, and coaching
• support beneficiaries’ work therapy assignments
• protect store currency, inventory, and property
• maintain safety and security procedures.
