• supervise, schedule, train, and support staff

• maintain regulatory, sanitation, and food safety compliance
• manage ordering, inventory, supplies, and expenses
• monitor food quality, presentation, portioning, and dining experience
• maintain records and documentation
• participate in facility meetings, quality initiatives, and survey preparation
• maintain an organized kitchen and dining operation.
