What you'll do

• Assess residents and plan and implement individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications and treatments
• monitor and document health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress
• supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals
• educate residents and families
• follow applicable regulations and facility standards
• respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed
• participate in quality assurance activities.
