The Senior Quality Assurance Officer, Laboratory role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $125,000–$140,000 per year. The role supports an organization’s laboratory business conducting chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and energetics work. The officer leads quality assurance across the laboratory business, guiding staff and determining whether work and products meet government regulations, client specifications, and internal policy. The role supports reliable project execution through audits, corrective actions, training, and quality oversight.

What you'll do

• Set corrective actions, lead root-cause analysis, and verify fixes
• develop and run quality assurance plans in an analytical laboratory
• conduct internal audits, equipment and system validation audits, and facility inspections
• support client and regulator audits
• review subcontracted onsite services for adherence to experimental procedures
• report findings to management and ensure corrective actions are completed.
