The Front Desk Associate — Opening Shift role is an onsite, full-time position in Land O’ Lakes, FL, with opening hours of approximately 5 a.m.–2 p.m. Compensation is hourly with an incentivized commission structure; no numeric rate is specified. Crunch Fitness combines fitness and entertainment and promotes a “No Judgments” environment. The associate welcomes members and guests, supports club communications, promotes memberships and services, and helps ensure a positive club experience. The role contributes to member service and the club’s sales and retention efforts.
