What you'll do

• Provide personal care and support safety
• teach and support self-help and social skills
• administer medication if certified and monitor health needs
• implement support plans and document progress in the electronic health record
• support community activities
• drive agency vehicles and maintain vehicle logs
• complete required training and maintain applicable certifications
• provide coverage at alternate program sites as needed.
