What you'll do

• Operate coaters, presses, slitters, turrets, and other finishing equipment
• support setup, changeovers, break coverage, packing, and material handling
• lead safety training and observations
• support continuous improvement and quality audits
• maintain production-area organization
• train and cross-train coworkers
• support standard work and shift communications
• deploy resources to meet production schedules
• monitor orders and inventory
• assist maintenance staff when needed.
