What you'll do

• Oversee and manage all electrical production and related craft workers on electrical construction projects.
• Partner with project managers on working estimates and take-offs.
• Lay out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons.
• Establish work schedules and man-loading charts.
• Interface with representatives of the General Contractor/Owner on day-to-day project scheduling.
• Provide general supervision to subordinate foremen.
• Monitor work as performed.
