Job overview
The Staff Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse) role is onsite in Saint Paul, MN, supporting people living in the organization’s group homes. Pay is $26.50 per hour. Living Well Disability Services provides services intended to transform the lives of people impacted by disabilities through a holistic approach to wellness. The nurse provides direct nursing support and oversight of medical supports across an assigned caseload of approximately one to four homes. The role evaluates health needs, supports care planning, trains and mentors staff, and coordinates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to help residents maintain their health and pursue their desired outcomes.
