The Talent Acquisition Partner role is onsite in Greensboro, NC. Compensation is $21.63 per hour. GenerationEd’s People Operations/Admin program supports the organization’s talent strategy and hiring needs. The partner develops recruitment plans and pipelines, sources and screens candidates, and advises hiring managers throughout the hiring process. The role also supports onboarding, compliant employee records, and data-informed improvements to candidate experience and recruitment effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Partner with leadership on talent acquisition strategy and hiring forecasts
• build talent pipelines
• improve recruitment processes
• source, screen, and interview candidates
• maintain candidate relationships and records
• advise hiring managers on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and interviews
• promote employer brand and candidate experience
• track recruitment metrics
• coordinate onboarding
• maintain compliant employee files and I-9/E-Verify records
• conduct reference checks.
