What you'll do

• Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests
• respond to guest inquiries and complaints
• process reservations and check-ins
• verify, audit, and reconcile room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, bills, and occupancy percentages
• complete administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures
• produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
