What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, recipes, and kitchen procedures
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• assist with food preparation during off-peak periods as needed
• open and close kitchen stations and complete checklists.
