What you'll do

• Develop, organize, and implement activities based on residents’ care plans and the specified budget
• promote activities inside and outside the facility as weather permits while ensuring resident safety
• maintain an ongoing activity calendar
• document programs and participation
• prepare progress notes for medical staff
• assist with the Resident Council
• attend in-service education programs.
