Program Operations Manager

• Maintain the master production schedule and analyze demand, capacity, sequencing, and material availability
• track program status, risks, constraints, and commitments
• assign and follow up on open items

• prepare status communications
• track contract milestones
• coordinate capacity and downtime planning
• document program management practices and recommend scheduling and reporting improvements.
