The Prep Cook works onsite at The Windham by Cogir in Fresno, CA. Compensation is $17.75–$18.75 per hour. The Prep Cook prepares ingredients, assists with basic cooking, and maintains clean, safe food-preparation areas. This work helps the kitchen team deliver meals that meet community standards and support residents’ dining needs.

What you'll do

• Wash, chop, measure, and prepare ingredients
• assist with basic cooking under the Chef or Cook
• follow food-safety and sanitation protocols
• label and store food
• maintain prep stations and equipment
• support meal service and special events
• receive and store deliveries
• assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed.
