What you'll do

• Oversee review and approval of architectural and engineering design deliverables
• serve as technical liaison among developers, design-build teams, subject-matter experts, and project leadership
• manage design comment resolution and review procedures
• coordinate scope and design consistency across disciplines
• monitor compliance with LAWA standards
• oversee BIM production and coordinate with LAWA Central BIM
• support permitting and agency coordination
• review scope changes
• prepare technical briefings and support committee meetings
• ensure design reviews are completed on time and within budget.
