The Strategic Partnership Manager role is remote. The base pay range is $110,000–$140,000 per year. First Connect Insurance Services is a digital platform connecting independent insurance agents with U.S. carriers and tools to grow their businesses. The manager owns and grows carrier and managing general agent partnerships, strengthening adoption and partner experience to drive new business premium across the agency base. The role develops partner strategies and campaigns, analyzes performance, and coordinates with internal teams on partner needs and product rollouts.

What you'll do

• Manage carrier and MGA partnerships
• develop strategies to increase agency quoting, binding, and engagement
• lead monthly Partnership Business Reviews
• create partner adoption campaigns
• promote carriers through training and messaging
• analyze quote and bind trends
• collaborate with Account Management, Product, Operations, and Marketing
• support expansions, product rollouts, relaunches, and incentives.
